We have chosen to commit ourselves to responsible viticulture,not only out of obligation, but above all out of conviction.
Obtaining HVE Certification (Haute Valeur Environnementale) and VDC (Viticulture Durable en Champagne) certification is above all a guarantee of a respectful approach to our terroir and our environment. These labels reflect our day-to-day choices: reasoned soil management, preserved biodiversity and cultivation practices that limit our ecological impact.
But beyond our regulatory commitment, we are guided by a long-term vision. We want to create a champagne that lasts, by cultivating healthy vines capable of expressing the full richness of our terroir today and tomorrow. Protecting, anticipating and passing on: that's our responsibility as winegrowers.

TASTING NOTE
Pale golden yellow color with light green highlights, bright and luminous. Active, refined effervescence. Intense initial nose of brioche and candied fruit. Fine, floral second nose, with notes of white flowers and white fruit (white peach). Supple, harmonious attack on the palate, silky roundness, intense mineral finish. Vinosity without excess, accompanied by dazzling freshness.
IN THE FLUTE
Goes very well with all seafood and shellfish, especially oysters, but also sea bass or salmon tartar. Fish grilled a la plancha. Can also be enjoyed on its own as an aperitif.

TASTING NOTE
Champagne that seduces with its floral freshness and great finesse, revealing notes of citrus fruit and white flowers.
