OUR HISTORY
Founded in 2018, DS Robert is first and foremost a family adventure.
We are Séverine and David Robert, winemakers in Chouilly. After years of selling our grapes, we decided to take the next step : creating our own champagne,born of our terroir and our commitment.
With the help of our sons, Lucas and Antoine, we are building a story between tradition and modernity,driven by the desire to fully express the soul of our Grand Cru vineyard.
Our commitment is simple : to produce exceptional cuvées,aithful to our land, our values and our passion for champagne.
Creating a champagne house today is a daring gamble. But we chose tofollow our instincts!
In 2018,we made a decisive choice: to block out our first harvest to give birth to our own cuvée. This was the birth of Precelencea reflection of our expertise and commitment.
Since then, we've been building DS Robert with the same conviction, combining modern practices with respect for the fundamentals of viticulture.
Today, we are proud to see our champagnes present at prestigious events, shared by those who believe in our adventure.
Today, our estate covers 1,55 hectaredivided into 17 plotswith a majority of Chardonnay60% of which is Grand Cru ..
This exceptional terroir enables us to produce champagnes that express all the finesse and richness of our region.
But our ambition doesn't stop there. DS Robert is in full expansion, with the creation of a third cuvéethe construction of a new building, and a clear determination to place our champagne at the service of haute gastronomy.
We are moving forward with passion and exacting standards, combining respect for tradition with an eye to the future.
